As a kid in that situation, a child (almost always) is not going to be able to think about consequences or what could go wrong When it comes to a little kid trying to save their family. Especially Powder, with all that stress and her not being in her right mind, It's not right to blame her 100% for what she did. That would be treating her the same way her sister was kind of treating her by setting a high bar for her and making her feel that she has to exceed expectations. It's kind of conflicting though at the same time because Vi is also a kid still. lol

She felt like she was falling their expectations and Milo was putting more stress on her. She began to start having a mental breakdown. Valdo told Vi, They all follow her like a leader and will do anything for her and because she continues to use them for her jobs everything is going to be on her. However by the time she got this message and realized it, it was already too late. Her being responsible and telling her to stay home and at the same time saying you're not ready, after telling her and also being the only one she thought that was supporting her started caused her to snap into a worse mental state of panic and felt that she has to prove herself by going against what she said. Yes powder is at fault but The blame really goes more to Vi.

Their brain is literally unable to weigh the consequences due to frontal lobe being under developed. Add to that the trauma at a very young age which can hinder prefrontal cortex growth (decision making/behavioral center of brain). When I see a pre-teen misbehaving I always blame the parent/guardian.

A tantrum that proceeded to use an explosive device she has no experience with and killed two friends. I think there are a lot of people to blame and we should include power and than grow from it. I blame Marcus tbh none of this would have happened if he either had some integrity or even just stuck to his caste discrimination and refused to deal with Sisco.

Magic was banned in the old lore and that power let them mingle amongst humans. Idk what it does now tho they changed all the lore in game a few years back.
