2021-11-26 23:06:54 +0000 UTCblack clover and boruto dont have the same animators, they are the same studio but the animation teams are completely different, also boruto looks just as bad as bc, but boruto has staff from naruto/shippuden which is why some of their episodes are crazy looking.

2021-11-25 20:25:07 +0000 UTCRemember that Black Clover had the same animators as Boruto, sooooo all of their best teams are doing Boruto and not really caring for Black Clover. The Director of the project is really a fan of Black Clover so he brings in his homie animators (they actually do better work than the actual animation company) for all of the fights/hype episodes.

2021-11-25 19:43:03 +0000 UTCI think the graphics where a detonation of some kind that is meant to show the extreme power of a character is a long-standing style in anime.The one recent example I can remember is the tournament fight between Deku and Todoroki when the stage was destroyed into cubes.

2021-11-25 12:43:30 +0000 UTCSomething you should know about Black Clovers Animation is that this show wasnt the studios main focus. I dont remember which anime they had besides black clover, but since it made them more money. The other show got a lot more funding, than Black Clover.
