It felt really tense, like they were going to get noticed or the count wasnโt actually responsible. maybe they were just trying to humanise him as much as possible to put us in lughโs shoes, but it definitely felt like there was more to it ๐ค

I think he was a horrible person in business life, but a good husband who loved his wife, but was a person who needed to be eliminated. I am sorry for his wife, but Count Venkaur was like a disease that had to be eliminated, otherwise the whole population of the kingdom would have suffered because of him.

2021-12-02 01:28:48 +0000 UTCWell they make it more so understandable. Good harems are actually good. The fact that they actually address the multiple girl thing is great. I think a few harems have done a good job with being actual harems but a lot of them are just trash. Certain harems like Highschool dxd, mushoku tensei, and a few others I would have to look back up and try to find them again to get the names but I know I have seen them before. This series has set up a good type of harem setting and address it. The fact that they make it aware that those girls are fine with it and they have their own placements in the relationship is great. Each girl in the series needs to be unique and have their own placement in the relationship and also need to have their own character. Normally the garbage harems just generally have girls with barely any individual characteristics and just generally can't stand as their own character unless the MC is around. Harems can be great but it requires certain factors. I went on a anime binge adventure where I saw tons of anime throughout my teenage years and I HATED those harem series where the girls only just sucked up to the MC and the MC did absolutely nothing or were total pussies about it. So many series just like that with slightly different stories and character designs. It was all just so bland.
