Imagine what would happen if people on Earth found out about her behavior. People already don't trust aliens, if they find out that there is a Martian in the group of heroes, Martian Manhunter's niece, his niece kills people (aliens) left and right without remorse. People will lose faith in heroes, it's like a corrupt cop who abuses his power and kills people but escapes without punishment because he uses the pretext that he is a cop.

The big problem is that this is not the first time he has melted the brain of a living creature without remorse, if it considers him an enemy. According to Superboy, she always uses this procedure, she is a superhero, she could incapacitate her enemies without killing them, she has immense power and it would not be difficult to put them to sleep for a day or two. It temporarily paralyzes them, or something like that, that a superhero like her immediately uses the brain of the enemy to melt, something that a hero should have as a last resort, not a first.
