Then realize the other things they need to get for it is behind them so they double back around. Luffy found out before he missed those ponyglyphs so by the time he gets to the last island he will have all the ones that everyone else missed.

2021-12-14 23:12:26 +0000 UTCOK so I rewatched where nami was talking about the log posts and if I'm reading it correctly they're saying that if you follow the log posts to the end you'll find an island and on that island is where you'll learn about the red ponyglyphs because that's where Roger found it and then had to redo everything all over again but there already head of everyone else because they already found the red polygraphs and gone to the place's Rogers gone to If I'm reading it correctly if I'm wrong can someone please correct me on that

There he learned about the importance of the ponegliffs and of the "final" island on the journey, Raftel. So after following the log pose you then need to start all over and look for the ponegliffs. The important thing is that this is not common knowledge in the one piece world. Crocus revealed this to the Strawhats cause Luffy most likely reminded him of Roger, but most pirates in the world try to follow the log pose. Only the greatest powers in the world might know this, most (if not all) the emperors and the World Government.

In particular Sakoku, the time period when Japan was virtually cut off from the outside world. This was also the time when a lot of traditions and traits typically associated with japanese culture were formed. Also the shogun was the leader of Japan. Under him were the daimyo, the regional warlords, who commanded their own samurai. A good western comparison would be king-noble lords-knights. Although the power shifted between the shogun and daimyos several times over the centuries.

What he was saying was that on the final island the log poses takes you, Roger learnt about the existence of Raftel and the importance of the poneglyphs. He then had to go back and redo his journey to collect information from the poneglyphs. In the present, this is common knowledge which is why the straw hats are on a "journey beyond the end" because they know about the poneglyphs and have been collecting information from them and they are aware of the hidden island. They therefore wouldn't need to go to the last island on the log poses to learn this (but they can if they want) and they don't need to redo their journey like roger because they have been studying the poneglyphs along the way.
