So i know this is 2 years old but since this wasn't mentioned, Blackbeard's Crew does not have a way to just absorb someone's abilites. Even Blackbeard's fruit just nullifies Devil Fruit Users when he touches them. They way Burgess attacked Luffy and Sabo with a knife is supposed to show you that they are getting Devil Fruit Abilities by killing Fruit Eaters and either using nearby fruit to capture the reincarnated fruit or using Blackbeard's yami fruit to pull in the energy/soul of a devil fruit when the eater dies

You really shouldn't use it as your guide, for it will just bring you heartache and disappointment when you find out how much story you missed out on. Instead you should use the One Piece episode guide that is on the same page, watching everything that is in green and skipping everything red. That will serve you well until you get to episode 907, which despite being a red filler episode is one you should watch anyways for reasons that I will get into once you get closer to it. To summarize, you shouldn't worry about labels like manga canon, anime canon or mixed canon: if it's not marked as simply filler on the One Piece episode list then PLEASE DON'T skip it.

Remember that Rayleigh said that Roger could hear the Voice of All Things (which applies to non-living things like Ponegliffs as well, since that's how he understood what was written in them, despite not having a Robin (remember that Wano is in New World, while Skypeia is in Paradise, and thus he wouldn't have had Oden to translate that shit yet)), which is seemingly even rarer than Haki is, probably tied to specific bloodlines or w/e, since we only know of Momo & Luffy having that ability so far besides Roger. So maybe inheriting Roger's Will like Luffy has been implied to, can grant it to you, and since Momo is a direct descendant of the Ponegliff carver stonemasons, it likely follows a similar pattern like with Luffy? Also since we know you can artificially make DFs, maybe Zunesha was a humanoid when he did the crime, then he was force-fed a DF of the Elephant type, then he was Ordered to shift into this hugeass elephant, and then given the order "you can ONLY walk forward, at a low pace", and never given any other orders ever since. I rly hope Oda will truly explain all this shit in the future, once the end game happens and we reach the final island, at latest (prefer if he'd reveal some of the shit already before the end point, but that's enough. Gettin real tired of this blueballing he does smh)

2021-12-16 09:58:33 +0000 UTCI want to say it not about luffy and roger relationship with momo bloodline remember in fishman island shirahoshi is the one who can order sea king and in zou momo can order and it mentioned in 2nd ep that roger and oden can only hear same as luffy but can't order that's why kin emon ask if oden know of momo abilities it not confirmed yet but many say momo is the last ancient weapon like shirahoshi as they are similar

However, you really have to suspend disbelief as hard as diamonds in order to think that the elephant Zunestra just shrugged off the grave wounds that Jack inflicted without getting them treated, which is what episode 775 is all about. I hope you can find the time to go back and watch it as there are some great moments in there.
