Doing some math, the queen would be be 46 or 47 (in episode 1, the queen mentioned she was 16 when she led her first battle. In episodes 2, during Yen's time that battle had just transpired. Now, I don't know if they mentioned how long Yen was at knock off Hogwarts for, but within the year, she turned beautiful and shit.) The queen, when she died, was no older than 65. 55 at youngest, I'd say. So, if if I had to guess, she's currently in Geralt's timeline, possibly JUST after it, though I can't be sure, since the Queen's age was never confirmed during Geralt or Ciri's time
