2023-07-19 08:37:01 +0000 UTCNah Lee, fuck the elves, they're a bunch of assholes too. Don't lose sight of the truth, everybody in the Witcher is an asshole, with one notable exception we haven't met yet.

2023-07-19 00:42:13 +0000 UTCYep, and the flashback they do provide is of Geralt reminiscing.

2022-01-13 02:19:07 +0000 UTCAnd honestly their reason for doing so is very shallow and could be completely avoided with by either killing of a random one (called john or something) or just have Eskel be cured instead of killed. I just feel like it was a unnecessary kill, which according to Lauren would have a big impact, but if we, the watchers, never read or played the game then we wouldn't really care about the character, even more so as he was being mostly a ass and no flashback would fix that.

2022-01-13 02:16:48 +0000 UTCPS. Vesemir aged...well, of course...it's like 100 years after the movie...or few hundreads...I need to double chceck his canon age...but Netlix version is probably different...anyway, yea there is MASSIVE timeskip between movie, and anything else Witcher related xD

2022-01-09 11:34:44 +0000 UTC[Note to myself] Definitly include "there are more of them than I expected" in my rant after series is over...NOT spoiler, but "spoiler alert"...there arent. There were like 7 Witchers left (from this place), but Netflix added shit ton of no-names like that nigga Witcher, and butchered the rest of them...ehhh it's still really good series, but NETFLIX FFS WHY?! It could be easily 9.5/10 not like...7-ish/10

2022-01-05 04:11:54 +0000 UTCYeah the really cool thing about the Witcher is how much it leads into "Oh yeah there's a shit ton of universes out there." A couple years back there was a Monster Hunter game with a quest where Geralt was flung through portals and found himself in the Monster Hunter universe. Funnily enough the quest ended with a Leshan battle. And let me just say, that they are lucky they didn't fight that thing in the woods...

2022-01-03 19:11:34 +0000 UTCIt's never mentioned directly as such, but I think Vesemir is like 150 at this point? Also I'm quite sure that there is probably some Mother Tree (you know World Tree type of shit, basically?) on the planet the Leshen came from during the Conjunction of the Spheres, and only the Mother prolly can reproduce more Leshen, so these stray ones that got stranded on this world have no way to actually reproduce themselves

2022-01-03 04:45:46 +0000 UTCI've been binge watching your Witcher reactions on youtube and just had to come support you guys. You are absolutely hillarious and I really enjoy your discussions about the show and where it's going. I like that you don't have a prior knowledge about it from the games or books because I don't either and I've seen other reactors that know the books or games being sort of upset with some changes the writers apparently made, but when you don't know it it doesn't matter.

2022-01-03 04:42:28 +0000 UTCYeah I would definitely suggest watching season 1 and 2 with Kim in it.
Andre
2022-01-03 03:31:29 +0000 UTCI saw it on and off on tv. but maybe I should watch the season with Kim in it.

2022-01-03 03:19:38 +0000 UTCLmao, and when Lee goes: what’s that one Witcher name (Eskel)? DNasty; Ezekiel, Lee: Man, you’re good with names 🤣 Dnasty has been saying the wrong names with the utmost confidence throughout the Witcher so far haha- all though he gets close a lot too lol
Andre
2022-01-03 03:13:48 +0000 UTCIndeed, very good actor have you seen the Bridge? Very good show the first two seasons.
Andre
2022-01-03 03:10:56 +0000 UTCThe guy playing Vezimir is a danish actor :) he is awesome. I hope you like him in this role.
Allram
2022-01-03 02:57:22 +0000 UTCIt's funny how the names never stick with them show says "Deglan" ... I hear YBRL calling him Dilgan...lol

2022-01-03 02:16:15 +0000 UTCDifferent actress, just searched it up, though they look similar because of their hairstyles.
A.J. Ramos
2022-01-02 22:57:48 +0000 UTCThis series is absolutely incredible. I'm sure Geralt will train the princess, I wonder if we'll have a time skip in the next episode, because we need to see the results of the training.

2022-01-02 22:40:53 +0000 UTCso the conjunction of the spheres is kinda like paralell universes colliding with one another. on this world there were only elves until humans and monsters came through a portal basically and invaded it(non intentionally. basically the witcher is an isekai :D ). thats more or less the background for this series. elves knew magic and humans didnt, so they taught them. then humans turned around and used it to subjugate the elves. PS im pretty damned sure that the actress that is the elf girl here, was geralts 'mother' in the last season. i dont know anthing about geralts past though.
Daniel Borrego
2022-01-02 22:15:09 +0000 UTCThis episode is a bit controversial with the community much more with those who read the books and or played the games, because they killed off a character who is not originally supposed to be dead.
