Fringe With Ariel Jean

Just a couple of days after Ariel and I had last shot, we were texting back and forth as we normally do and she made me privy to something that happened in her day. She had set up a shoot with a photographer and he unfortunately canceled last minute. She had her make up done, hair straightened and outfits in a bag ready to go. I told her to drive up to my studio and we would shoot whatever we wanted to have fun with. Ariel became quickly elated and said "I'll have to change a couple outfits I have because... I know you."

This was one of the outfits she threw in her bag last minute because she knows me and after shooting this, knows me seemingly far too well. She knows I am a minimalist at heart and less is honestly and truly more to me. A simple fringe jacket and some small Moldie Goldies bottoms. I could not ask for a better way to spend a night than this.

Ariel and her best friend drove up from Orange County and were greeted by homemade shredded chicken tacos, homemade tortilla chips and a really good salsa to accompany. After our meal was finished, lights were set up, outfits were changed and we got ready to do what we do best. Things with Ariel seem to just flow no matter the situation. We worked quickly and seamlessly through this look and the results are exactly what I love to see. Enjoy!
