It'll not be making sense that I only have to fall in love with the one who's going to suck my blood and I'll get turn into a vampire, while she hated me with all her gut and her intentions was to actually suck me dry and kill me.

But I think for Kou to actually falls in love with Nazuna, she’s gonna have to fall in love with him too. Love works both way. They’re talking about making an offspring. Thus if she’s not in love, at least in love enough to be in a long term relationship with him, I don’t think she can turn him too. I really don’t think it’s going to be one sided in such relationships.
