I find it kind of ironic how he's (Sandman/Dream) taken choice away from his own creations and yet just a few episodes ago he's scolded Hob for doing the same (i.e. slave trading). Shows his hypocrisy quite a bit but I think that also shows exactly what Death was saying about him being sort of a brat.

It's no surprise Sandman did what he did, He is a narcissist after all, telling a narcissist that he/she can change or that others can change is basically trying to tell a wall to move out of the way. Or that he could possibly care about others feelings, when he shown 0 of that.

Must say I disagree with The Dreaming being a communism allegory it's stated to be a monarchy, there is no law but what Morpheus as King creates and when you speak out you just go. A little fun Easter egg is that Jeds Sandman suit is based on the Jack Kirby Sandman design from the 1960s

It's been a pleasure to see you, particularly as people new to the material, really getting into it with a passion and finding the threads and spinning through it. It's very cool to see something I fell in love with as a comic book decades ago make the unlikely journey into being a pretty damn faithful adaptation to a show and find a new audience that really enjoys it. Also, Death in the comics and in the show looks damn good. Awesome performance by Kirby Howell-Baptiste.

I smile when you're on point & I nod along when you're wrong because even then you explain how you get to that thought & it makes sense with the information you have at the time. Can't wait to see more.
