2023-01-22 03:16:01 +0000 UTCWell most heroic tales from Greek history are heroic tragedy stories, the word "tragedy" actual comes from those tales made into theater plays. But I don't expect this to be nothing else, but our journey seeing how Bell become the strongest in this world/story.

I would actually like to see what we learned of the Elf that Bell would actually lose his whole familia which would actually get him a character growth for getting strong. I need more "Berserk" stories :D

No way in Hell a tired one armed (left is done) acid ridden Bell and Lion in a worse state can even survive the white palace where first rate dies with no help. In my mind a fully healthy Bell and Lion struggle to survive but a near death and exhausted duo will get MERKED. Respectfully tho love the trust in our boy

2022-10-12 05:02:43 +0000 UTCJust FYI, That last Argo Vesta actually did some considerable damage to the Juggernaut. In particular it totally fucked up one of its legs so it can't jump around like crazy anymore. Also in case it wasn't made clear, Bell's left arm has basically been turned into a shattered mess. The scarf kept it from being ripped apart but it didn't actually stop the damage. So Bell right now has a basically useless left arm, SEVERE wounds covering his entire body, near death level blood loss, horrible acid burns covering his entire body, and the acid also melted his right eye shut. Not to mention he's almost completely out of mind (mana) and he's insanely exhausted. My boy is going through it.

2022-10-03 00:34:51 +0000 UTCOne of the major points of of Danmachi is that it's an alternate take on ancient greek, roman, etc folklore. The idea that mermaid's blood has had healing properties is something from thousands of years back, so the author is drawing from well established history. If they didn't hint at Marie's presence earlier it would be an asspull when she shows up, and since they are foreshadowing it in advance people will complain they know what's going to happen... you can't win.

So this raises the stakes for them. And Marie doesn't know the rest of the crew. She'll not risks her life for them. Likewise, they don't know her too. Thus they won't seek her out too.

And they cant just go and see her, she’s only on the 27th floor and most people would die from injuries before they get there
