Also he took part in manipulating a child (shigaraki) into becoming a psychotic unhinged killer. He steals quirks and experiments on children which even if they are still alive they have no actual future in a society full of quirks. I would say he is pretty guilty

If they had someone with an insane enough healing power that can give mirko her arm back I am sure they would have popped up when nighteye was dying. I get what u mean tho.

That is how he was able to handle all of those low class villains in season 1 when they showed up all of the sudden at the school. Also yeah u can't compare anyone to what all might was because we don't have any comparison to what he was like in his prime besides the fact he said he could have taken out the nomu he fought in 5 hits but had to do 300 hits instead because of how much he weakened. If u wanna add it up you could say his prime was 60 times more powerful but that is just based on the number of hits
