2022-10-14 15:27:55 +0000 UTCI get an error saying the video can't load and to please refresh. Most recently for Made in Abyss ep 13. Refreshing doesn't do anything. This is with Dell Laptop and Google Chrome. Also same error using Lenovo Tablet and Google Chrome. This is using the Patreon website.

2022-10-12 05:22:08 +0000 UTCI used to be able to visit Patreon on my Bravia google TV and watch you with no issues. Last week or so, it hasn't been allowing me to do that. I have to go to my phone and then screencast to my TV if I want to watch on a bigger screen and sometimes even that doesn't work correctly.

It does work here and there on laptop but every now and then it'll mess up but through mobile it works 100%. It's happening over on RTTV too so def a Patreon problem

2022-10-11 22:44:39 +0000 UTCI get it to work after refreshing it a few times. I refresh click play and see if it works if it doesn't I do it all over again. It normally takes me 4-6 or so tries and I end up getting it to work. Although if the video pauses at all and I have to click it to play again it pops up the same thing and I have to redo it all over again

Not sure if that's anything that they'll do anything about, but I thought that I'd let you know. EDIT: I'm getting interruptions when watching the latest Spy X Family reaction on my Google Chrome browser, with the video cutting out to a grey screen saying "We're having problems loading this video. Please refresh and try again."

2022-10-11 17:50:32 +0000 UTCFor me, it tells me that there was an error and that I need to refresh the page randomly at some point throughout every video I’ve been watching and when that pops up there’s nothing I can do about it, reloading doesn’t work, different browser doesn’t work, nothing. On mobile i’m not having any issues, everything works fine. But i’ve been having similar issues with the patreon native player, that the video just stops playing in the middle and then won’t continue, for months now. Usually it worked to let it play 10 secs on mobile and then refresh on pc but sometimes it would take multiple try’s and even happen multiple times a video. The patron player honestly sucks.

2022-10-11 14:28:44 +0000 UTCI just had the problem when you pause the video for too long, I get a loading error. That seems to be an issue with the Patreon player, I had the same issue with other content creators pages RTTV. Well for me usually a quick refresh with F5 solves the issue.
