The live wire was already exposed before he shot the machine, he was standing in the same pond of liquid that shocked shigaraki but didn't shock him, also normal AEDs use up to 1000 volts to normalize the heartbeat yet a simple live wire was able to do it... At this point you might have move him and any little static shock made by his cloths would have revived Shigaraki.

Shiggy and the league showed up to Deika City and fought the paranormal liberation front and took control. Deku remembered seeing it on the news. This time they were in Jaku so that makes 2 cities now flattened by Shiggy.

2022-10-30 01:26:25 +0000 UTCThat was all for one in shigaraki's head whenever he started having headaches. He says "I" twice in a row but that is definitely his voice. Also Geten (the ice dude) is the guy who was fighting with dabi when the whole my villain academia arc was going on. The ice dude had a couple of flashy moments but since the arc didn't focus much on Dabi the ice guy didn't get all that much attention so some reactors I have noticed have just forgotten or misremembered him. He wasn't all that prominent but other reactors got it confused with todoroki too but todoroki is with the evacuation squad in the city.

He was their strongest weapon against the villain. It is a good scene though because the good guys always get lucky. Let the villains have some luck on their side.

He Destroyed the city fighting Re-destro and awakening his quirk. It’s how they learned about his quirk becoming more power, just not the scope of it.
