Since he is immortal time will pass by so quick but usually his special encounters slows down the story for him and for us.

So the form Fushi takes is the last form he sees the person before their death. That is why Fushi's blond girl form is that of the young girl that he last time see her.

Like how he grows in that white haired boy form. But as soon as he transforms himself to another person, that aging is reverted and he has to start from zero. So if he gets pregnant in female form, he has to stay in that form till the baby is out. If he transforms before that happens, the body will return in its original default condition and pregnancy will reverse. Gotta start from zero again then.

Fushi is still a virgin. Hayase has created a cult with the purpose of owning him. Her secret wish is to bang him through her successors. That lady is too much. You guys were saying it's kind of appealing to have a lady that pursues you to extreme extents. What about this one? Would you want a cult by such lady to be on your ass cuz she always wanted to own you? Hahaha Tonari could have lived if she hadn't tried to handle things alone during that poisoning scene. Her end goal was to give Fushi this poison resistant body so I guess she did what she wanted.

So Fushi being a smartass didn't fall asleep beside her that night to avoid the baby situation 😂 and stayed awake whole night. Best part is that fushi still thinks just sleeping beside someone with intent can make babies.

The scene starts up with her immediately saying thank you and the guy in black said something about fushi and her kid is the next problem he might deal with. Although they did say that her next child that met fushi was apparently born at 17 tho that could obviously be a lie.
