2022-11-16 15:00:20 +0000 UTCso i was rewatching all the episodes so far, and i realized something, if you remember the demon girl from last episode? well the amulet she drops. is the same one from the baron that they encountered when cids sister got kidnapped! remember cid picks up a golden locket and puts it in his pocket, yep the demon girl was his daughter who from my understanding was taken in by the cult and made into an experiment while they were "trying to reverse" the possession. but in reality they were as we saw using her as a test material. so the baron that you guys said was probably just trying to save people. really was just trying to save his daughter and got used by the cult, it is SUPER easy to miss this but director almost had it together during episode 5 he even said something about that baron lol, its only cause i see it close together that i figured this out

I imagine the princess walking in/seeing it would instantly start ask questions or raiding the store for even more answers.

Remember he's always on this stance that these girls have their own lives, and are just playing along with him, his act. From his point of view the girls raised money for themselves, so he's stealing [mooching] off their success. Even though they are making money off the ideas he gave them from Earth, its still their success, their business, and their money. He has no awareness that they see him as the leader [CEO] of their organization [business] and that he could just say hey I want some of these profits and the girls would give it to him, no questions asked.
