I wanted to watch it but the way people talk about it & treats it ikno I will be disappointed or not feel it especially with the characters but I love that a new anime is growing in the anime fan base especially with reactors & people who love anime and it’s bringing in the whole new age with bleach & chainsaw doing they thing

Chainsaw man has really fun cast characters and a very relateable/modern setting vibe. I know alot of people are really put off by Denjis early and temporary "goals" but I believe people are blowing it way out of proportion. I've seen alot of anime over the years from bottom of the barrel to top tier and over the years I've grown to dispise fanservice. With that being said I just can't bring myself to hate on the thirst/simp content in this because it's done much better not the mention if you don't like dentist there are so many other great characters that make the series feel like it's own. I think the anime community is one of the most blind & or biased communities. I wish Anime viewers were like movie viewers and didn't have to shit on one anime because they like another it's so childish.

CSM saved a relatively weak anime year for me, Summertime Rendering was up there but they fumbled the ending with the cartoonish villain in my opinion. The good thing about CSM is although Denji is the star, they have a good mix of good characters.

It’s great that you love it but in my opinion it is over estimated (no I don’t like this show it’s just I read a light novel for another show airing this season and I want that show to have more people react to it)
