I wouldn't say it's harem show, as Denji really doesn't have anybody from the girls actually loving him. In normal harem anime shows girls fall for the main guy, but in this there is no hints that any of the girls actually like him. They just want to use him for their own benefits...like modern girls nowadays =) PS. Only character in the show that actually loved him was Pochita as it sacrificed itself to be Denji's heart so he could live again.
