And when you are not in the mood - screw that, listen to your heart and do whatever the hell it says to you!) Listen to youself, and your mentality will be grateful for that, beleive me! And, after all, it was always helpful to share your thoughts with friends, I am sure that there's much of people around you who can listen, advice,and make you feel better... Just don't hesitate about it ;)
