2025-02-26 03:59:20 +0000 UTCtower of god season 2 is just the series i watch if im bored, not really a show i watch just when a new episode comes out, since ngl it lacks tension which the series tries to have and fails, and some of the characters are just childishly dumb like the red haired dude and the little puppet girl, can't take anything seriously with those xD im just ranting at this point.

It’s more the creative choices made by the studio/lack of ‘cinematography’ makes scenes which originally were supposed to have impact/tension seem mild/lukewarm. The background music’s been good since it’s Kevin Penkin tho. Dunno how they pulled off getting a goated composer like him on Tower of god’s my ride or die series so gonna see it till the end regardless

There is key people that make the show interesting for me and when they’re not very active I don’t enjoy it as much

2024-11-04 15:55:07 +0000 UTCIf you've already read the manhwa, then you don't need to watch. It's gotten better mainly because the story has picked up, but the animation hasn't really improved. I only watch through YBRL now since it's still enjoyable that way to see their reactions to the story, but I stopped watching episodes on my own around episode 6.
