I know this comment is old, but that's really not true. You ARE only locked into one track- and that's because for most students, the school track system is preparing you to enter the Coven system. It's like real schools preparing you to enter the workforce instead of prioritizing your interests in education. You may practice all types of magic in the Emperor's Coven, but only one or two students a year will join. Everyone else has to join a normal Coven, and they'd better be resigned to picking one type of magic, or they'll end up like Eda.

It's like trying but easier... Ida is such a great character. Loving the Harry Potter references. This episode actually really makes me think of one of the episodes of Jordan Peele's Twilight Zone called "Among the Untrodden" it's a great episode, if you get a chance you should check it out.

I love this episode, but I think Bump’s turnaround was a bit abrupt. I’ve seen people online get confused about the Tracks. This isn’t picking a Coven, you’re not locked into a single Track forever. You can learn from all of them one at a time. I mean, the Emperor’s Coven only takes witches who know all magic. They gotta learn it somewhere. Final note. It’s just me, but the Harry Potter references are a lot less fun now, thanks to current events.

What were you talking about, Amity? Or rather, who?
