Solar Eclipse / pure Magick

I don’t know where to begin… This past 24 to 48 to 72 hours has been pure magic. I drove to Texas from my new home in Colorado high in the mountains at 10,000 feet through New Mexico all the way down to Southern Texas right on the border of Mexico. I saw the eclipse. Wildlife, bones, animals, photo shoots, art, revelations, astrology… And so much more. I am so inspired and on a high from life. I just finished spending 24 hours at the beach — Mustang Island on Corpus Christi to jump in the water after being in the dry desert for days. I’m feeling so free, liberated, fearless and at peace with the world. Seeing the eclipse and taking these photos, truly invigorated me. I didn’t realize how much I needed to just get out of town and be on my own in my car with no agenda other than following my heart. These past few days have just been a reminder about how important it is for me to follow my intuition, go with the flow, follow my heart, and experience the world. I’m so grateful for my friend Faith in Texas who invited me here and for the land where we ended up on for the eclipse just a mile away from the border of Mexico. After spending time at the beach, I realized that I choose the dirt over any man-made house or object unless it is a truly beautifully Crafted dwelling. I just arrived at my friends camper in Texas where my eyes are being open to the possibilities of living spaces and land. I’m feeling so grateful and grounded. I’m starting to realize that I do not necessarily need a house to feel stable and grounded, but rather, focusing on a piece of mind, a state of mind, specifically exploring the unknown in a Safe way with good weather, dirt, the Earth, water, incredible people, and animals. Self-reliance and survival are so important to me and I realize this every time I come into an experience, such as the one I had during the eclipse where our new friend was able to shoot two rabbits for our dinner. It is such a sacred and intense experience to skin and cut up the animals that you are going to eat. Food is medicine and a process of ritual and respect that takes on a deeper is meaning. I truly believe that all humans, especially myself, should only be eating meat that we have a relationship with. It helps us to understand the circle of life and how to properly honor each life and animal. There are thousands of photos from the past few days that I’m excited to start editing this week. I cannot wait to start putting together my next book and to continue working on my tarot series. I’m also going to get through my emails this week and hopefully send out an email blast everybody with updates on my life. It’s been such a whirlwind of a few months.
