1. A "nest" spin off, following Reyna as the bugs infest her breasts and slowly take over other parts of her body.

2. Similar to carrying low / abstinence. "In Heat", woman at a lab is experimenting with alien DNA, attempting to grow them by growing their reproductive organs. At some point she gets exposed and experienced changes / libido increase. Her appetite increases and seemingly "all goes to her hips" / butt. After a growth spurt in front of coworkers, they realize she's developed alien ovaries in her butt, and is in heat until she has sex. Each time she does, another fertilized egg(s) makes it's way into her womb. She's slowly between trying to manage her growing ass by having sex (or inseminating herself), only to experience increasing belly expansion etc. The alien DNA makes her body increasingly capable of handling the burden + makes her want to be more fertile.

3. Puppet - Something weird is going on with Jenny. For some reason, every time her boyfriend says something about her body or tells her to do something it happens before she can even think. Unbeknownst to Jenny, her boyfriend cast a spell that makes everything he says reality. He enjoys watching her stuff herself, having her ass and tits grow to ludicrous extremes and eventually ends up plumping her full of babies on a whim. When Jenny starts to realize what’s happening he begins to toy with her. Taking away babies if she behaves and filling her to bursting when she doesn’t. Eventually she ends up so enormous she is completely at his mercy.

4. There's a group of supermodels. 1 gets pregnant but doesn't realize until it's too late to abort. She spends months desperately looking for a solution, until a snake oil salesman pitches her "the mass-converter." It's supposed to transform life-force into body mass. She uses it to transform the baby into breast and butt enhancements, and it works! She's no longer pregnant and her career explodes! The other models take notice and try using it themselves. Some get pregnant, others try using it to transform semen or food they consumed. It all works and they make millions! But eventually, a problem arises. It becomes apparent that the converted mass regenerates. The pregnant models get pregnant again, the ones who converted food gain weight, and the ones who used semen add male genitals to produce more semen!
