Summary: Ruth has a massive pregnancy fetish, to the point that she fantasizes daily about becoming a mindless breeding cow, getting increasingly more pregnant and giving birth to endlessly more babies. Given her career choice as the local college’s librarian, she (just barely) manages to keep it as just a fantasy, mainly due to her financial situation. However, when she inexplicably wins hundreds of millions in the lottery, she decides to finally make her fantasy a reality. Idea submitted by Zork27 on SubscribeStar.
This story is a work of fiction. As specified throughout the story, all characters featured in this work are 18 years of age or older.
After work, Ruth waddled over to the mall around the corner. She went to the maternity store there, where she found supplements that were said to help stave off labor and ensure one’s pregnancy made it to term, or even beyond it. Ruth gave her massive belly one glance, then choked down several of the capsules.
She was honestly feeling nervous about the odd beats of tension and clenching sensations that seized her stomach at random intervals. It was far too early for her to be having contractions. She had to hold these babies inside of her for as long as she could.
Ruth wanted to savor the experience. The heat, the hormones, the suppleness of her body, the brightness of her complexion, the thickness of her hair…the sensation of being packed to the absolute brim with life. It was all so wonderful. But admittedly, there were some downsides.
Ruth had underestimated how exhausting this condition would be. Rather than showing off, she just wanted to go home, lie down, and stuff her face with pastries.
Though quite fun, she had not previously thought about how hard a massive pregnancy would be. The bigger she grew, the more beautiful she felt. But she also had less energy and mobility. Even just walking around was proving to be a struggle.
She was panting by then as she continued to waddle through the mall. It was relatively crowded, and she could feel dozens of gazes following her swollen body. She could see the shocked looks that people gave her orb. They had never seen anything like it before.
Ruth was quite proud of her progress. She was wearing a sleeveless, formfitting tan dress that went down to her feet with long slits on the sides to show off her thighs. The material was vaguely see-through and quite sexy in the way it displayed every curve of her body. As always, the attention was invigorating. Ruth could hardly believe how much she had managed to grow her belly. She was beyond the realm of normalcy. She was a spectacle, and she loved it.
She was breathing heavily, her pace slowing. She would have loved to sit down for a moment. Ruth looked around for a seat.
But what she found was something else. She was surprised to see her neighbor a few shops down. His gaze met hers, and he gave her a look of shock. Ruth smiled nervously, not knowing what to do.
Chad started to make his way over through the crowd. It only took a moment before he closed in. Just the sight of his handsome face sent a pulse of heat down her thighs. There was no denying that she had always had a crush on him, and her hormones seemed to be making it ten times more evident.
“Ruth?” he said, his face the definition of disbelief as his eyes ran up and down her body. “I feel like I just saw you two weeks ago. How—? Is it fake?” He looked at her face again, wearing a confused, and concerned, smile.
As if to counter the suggestion, Ruth’s massive belly chose that moment to lurch, her navel wobbling slightly. Ruth clutched the side of the orb, her face twisting in discomfort. She was truly huge. She must have looked as though she had a beach ball stuffed under her dress. “No,” she managed, shifting her hips a bit, her body feeling increasingly awkward the more the babies wiggled. Maybe they were responding to her adrenaline. Chad always had that sort of effect on her. She tried to breathe through it. “I…um…I’m pregnant,” she said awkwardly. “I just — I just started showing really abruptly.” She didn’t sound remotely convincing.
Chad gawked at the orb, watching the hints of movement ripple against the surface. Embarrassingly enough, it started to gurgle. Loudly. Ruth felt her cheeks heat up.
“How is that even possible?” Chad said.
She shrugged. “I guess I’m an enigma.”
Chad stared for a moment longer before seeming to gather his composure. “Well…” He hesitated. “Do you want to talk?”
She blinked back at him.
“I mean, somewhere more…quiet,” he said, looking around at all the people staring as they passed by. He seemed to spot something beyond them. “There’s a stairwell over there.” He nodded towards it.
Ruth gulped. She suspected that going with him was a bad idea, yet she couldn’t resist the temptation. “Sure.”
Gentlemanly as ever, Chad helped her along. Ruth was blushing deeply, embarrassed by how she was waddling, while she attempted not to pant. She wanted to be seen as fertile and sexy, not some breathless, awkward mess.
Once they got into the stairwell and closed the door behind them, all the background chatter disappeared. Suddenly it was eerily quiet. They stared at each other.
“Ruth, I…” Chad started, breaking the awkward silence. “Do you know that I always thought you were...” He trailed off again, looking embarrassed. “I don’t know why, but you look really, really good right now.”
Ruth smiled. She had always hoped Chad had a thing for pregnant women. “Yeah?” she said, stepping closer.
“I mean —” Chad started.
Ruth grabbed his collar and kissed him. Chad made a surprised grunt, but then leaned down, kissing her back. Pulling her close and exploring indulgently, his hands running up and down her supple body.
“Why haven’t we done this before?” Chad muttered against her lips, his fingers slipping between the slits of her dress.
“I’ve always wanted to,” she told him. “I just —”
He turned her around, pressing her into the wall as he kissed her neck. It was the only position that made sense. She started begging for it.
Chad didn’t even hesitate. He didn’t consider the environment. They just didn’t care, and in only seconds, he was fucking her. It was better than she could have ever imagined.
He was fucking huge. He fucked her deep and hard, her belly rocking as she clenched around him, wailing and moaning, their voices echoing along the silo created by the space there. At one point he covered her mouth, her voice becoming muffled on his palm, but it didn’t matter. Her eyes fluttered as she allowed the pleasure to ripple throughout her heated, sensitized body.
He seemed to love her orb, his hands continually cradling and touching it, running along it. They came together, and when they did, it was just like with all the others, but somehow more substantial. She groaned as her body tightened, pushing and expanding, her back arching. Her insides were swelling, her womb straining as her belly inched outwards, proceeding forward, getting wider, fatter, rounder, and altogether larger as her fingers and toes twitched, her face scrunched and red. “Errrgghhhhh…” she groaned as the mound shuddered forward another few inches. By then she was on the floor with her legs akimbo, feeling dazed and depleted.
Chad had sunk to the ground with her, his arms loosely wrapped above her belly. “Holy shit,” he panted, gazing over her shoulder as he marveled at her epical orb.
Ruth was struggling to breathe. That had to have been the biggest growth spurt she had endured with this pregnancy! She was absolutely massive. Her belly looked bigger than she was!
Limbs shaking, she grabbed onto a railing. Her skin was flushed and sweat-drenched.
She struggled and grunted, trying to pull herself up, and it must have been the adrenaline, because somehow she made it to her feet.
“Ruth!” Chad protested as she wobbled towards the door.
She had overdone it. Ruth pushed her way back into the mall, her hands clutching her belly as she struggled and strained, attempting to waddle, her body incredibly heavy. She was overwhelmed. How could she be so massive?
People were really staring now, some tripping over their own feet or stumbling out of her way. She was breathing harshly, practically staggering, as she clutched what she could of her swell – as though she could relieve her hips of some of the weight of this boulder attached to her.
Her dress had gotten shorter. It was high above her knees, almost pulled up over her ass. She tried to hike it down for fear of exposing herself. But it had gotten so strained around her belly, it started to tear in the front, exposing the globe. More and more of the material peeled away until her belly popped out entirely.
Ruth was panicked. As much of a hurry as she was in, she was barely making any headway towards the parking garage. She felt like a snail, stuck in place by her own slowness. And her belly spanned so far now it imposed on her field of vision. She bumped into things. People. Displays. Her belly crashed into something else, knocking it over. “S-sorry,” Ruth stammered, unaware of whether it was a human or an inanimate object. But she continued to struggle, shuffling at her awkward duck walk. Trying not to topple forward, or collapse completely beneath the momentous weight attached to her body.
She had to lean far back for balance, one of her hands now clutching her lower back. As she staggered, she began to realize that she was still growing. The farther she walked, the harder things seemed to get. She became progressively heavier, until her knees just couldn’t support the weight at all.
She grunted helplessly as she sank to the ground. She would have tried to crawl, but her belly outspanned her knees and her arms. So she sat there, stuck, breathless, as a crowd started to form around her. They pointed and chattered, or just ogled her.
“Miss, are you okay?” someone asked.
Ruth was in a daze. Her mind was hazy, spinning slowly, as she sat there staring off, but not really seeing anything. She felt herself salivating.
Her insides were pulsing with tightness, pressure, heat, and hunger. Somehow she was still aroused, her thighs twitching. Perhaps in remembrance of the recent hard fucking. It was like her body just wanted more babies.
Her chest heaved, her honeydew-sized breasts quivering slightly, as she breathed heavily. Her heart was racing, her body in overdrive as it tried to accommodate its recent increase in girth and offspring.
This had to be a world record or something. She was a damn baby factory. Incubating and gestating. Growing them from scratch. She was the ultimate mother. A goddess. A deity.
Her body was still inflating. She couldn’t release them — she refused. And even if she could, even if she wanted to, they weren’t nearly ready. She saw Chad’s stunned face in the crowd.
Her belly continued to lurch and throb, stretching out her abdomen. She gave a choked noise. “Th-the babies,” she stammered, her face only getting redder. She clutched what she could of her mass, her nipples beginning to tingle and seep. She felt a sharp stitch of pain in her gut, causing her to throw her head back and scream.
She could feel herself opening up, her body spreading, wanting to eject the surplus of children. She squeezed her thighs shut, her eyes crossing, her lips moving wordlessly, she struggle—struggled to hold it all in. The mass shuddered as she cried. She wasn’t in labor, but she couldn’t contain it. The fleshy orb was growing; pulsating. She was the ultimate mother. Her vision blurred. She just had to hold it all in.

Ruth woke up in the hospital, Chad seated beside her, holding her hand.
Several panicked doctors were fretting over her. “She can’t go into labor, it’s too early,” one muttered.
Ruth looked at herself and gulped. A mountainous orb towered over her, obscuring most of her view of the hospital room. She was just massive. She looked as though she had a full-grown man curled in her womb. She cupped it with a shaking hand, the mass starting to gurgle at the touch, her insides squirming.
“Give her more of the labor-delaying drugs,” someone insisted.
“And we can give her the treatment to speed up development of the babies,” another doctor said, preparing a syringe.
“You’re going to be fine,” Chad whispered, gazing at her with adulation.
There was a creaking noise.
Ruth screamed as the legs of the bed collapsed. She crashed to the floor, but thankfully didn’t fall off the mattress. She gasped for breath to calm herself, as Chad leaned down to grasp her shoulders.
“You okay?”
Ruth was just trying to breathe. Her heart started racing again. The lurching was getting worse, her belly starting to rock a bit.
“Someone get the monitors back on!” shouted a panicked doctor.
“The babies are actually growing quite rapidly,” mentioned a nurse as she studied the screen on a console. “I’ve never seen anything like it. Some already appear almost fully developed.”
Ruth’s belly clenched, and she wailed. Her nipples ached and started to leak into her hospital gown. This couldn’t be happening! She was supposed to last longer than this!
But something in the back of her mind demanded her compliance.
Have to have them, have to have them, have to hold them, feed them…
“Noo…” Ruth resisted, fidgeting her thighs, struggling against the urge to push. She couldn’t contain it any longer! She hugged what she could reach of her belly, whimpering. Fighting it.
“Ruth!?” said her father as he burst into the hospital room.
“Oh my god!” her mother shrieked in horror.
Her belly was positively quaking, looking like something was trying to tear out of it.
Ruth continued to fight it, struggling and fumbling. But it was like an invisible pair of hands were jerking her legs open. Her passage strained, something jamming through despite her resistance.
No, she wanted to stay pregnant. She wanted to show off her fertile body. She wanted to be enormously round and keep filling herself with babies.
Her labia bulged. Ruth screamed.
A head popped out with a gush of fluid.
It seemed that her plan had not worked out as seamlessly as she had intended. She had been overzealous.
Ruth supposed she could always try again.
She wailed as her parents screamed. Even Chad was shrieking hysterically.
Her belly wobbled, dozens of infants waiting their turn to be freed.
Doctors scurried about getting to work as nurses tried to placate Ruth’s horrified
visitors.
And Ruth got hard at work becoming a mother.
It certainly wasn’t the fun part.
