[Windows 11] C# Version sneak peek

Due to all the issues with the compiled Python version, I’ve started building a C# version for my lovely Patreon members. This version uses .NET 8.0 and runs far better on Windows 11. The main GUI is complete (thanks to ben_piep for suggesting Avalonia UI).
Some features—like precise powercfg usage—are already implemented,
but there’s still more to add (and fix like the time remaining estimation).
I made some changes to the feel of the GUI, tell me what you think about it !
