The House

Mrs. Sanders was balancing a crying baby in each arm. She was flushed, sweaty, and hugely pregnant, her belly heaving with her heavy breathing. She was just massive. There couldn't only be one in there.
Mr. Sanders looked equally overwhelmed. He had a toddler on each hip with a third attached to his back, her short chubby arms wrapped about Mr. Sanders' neck as she occasionally squealed, "horsey!"
The couple looked completely burnt out, which wasn't surprising. After all, they had two van-fulls of squealing children accompanied by two nannies on the driveway a few feet away, all waiting for the couple's departure. Their belongings had already been taken to their rental by a moving company. The vans were exclusively packed with offspring.
Mrs. Sanders looked ready to drop at any moment. Her belly was big and low, truly stretching out the cotton maternity dress she had on. "We hope the house makes you as happy as itβas it made us," she stammered out over the cacophony of blabbering babies. She awkwardly handed Jane the keys while still balancing the two infants tucked over each elbow.
"It was great doing business with you," Mr. Sanders added, honestly looking like he might burst into tears at any moment. "We're looking for a house with a little more space."
The house they had just sold Jane and Peter was a six-bedroom. Jane was a little speechless, and found herself watching the Sandersβ in morbid fascination. She threw a glance at Peter whose lips were twisted as though he was struggling not to laugh.
"It was a great deal," Jane responded, belatedly. "We can't wait to make it our new home." She was running out of platitudes. These types of things were always awkward.
"Well we better be off," Mr. Sanders called over the increasingly shrill baby cries. "This is a great place to start a family." He choked slightly. "You'll love it."
With that the Sanders' walked off to the driveway, Mrs. Sanders moving at an arduous waddle yet looking terribly keen to be on her way. It was only as Jane and Peter watched the two vans drive out of view that both steadily began to chuckle.
"Seriously?" Jane managed as she burst into full on laughter.
Peter was clutching his side. "What the hell was that?" he gasped out.
"Our worst nightmare. Thank god we're not having kids."
The two went inside, still giggling, as Jane wondered how a single family could outgrow a place like this. It was huge. "I swear they must have been at it like rabbits," Jane said as she and Peter strolled into the kitchen. She absently patted his chest.
"Is it me or does this whole place smell like baby poop?"
"Oh shut up," Jane sniggered as Peter playfully cupped her ass.

Maybe it was the novelty of finally owning a property, but over the next few days, Pete and Jane were having a lot more sex than usual. It wasn't like there was much else to do. The house was a few miles out of the nearest town. It was a bit dated and isolated, but the land was expansive and gorgeous with a lake to the south and the woods to the east. It would have been a perfect vacation property, but Peter and Jane were both remote workers so it suited them just fine.
When she was in the bedroom, Jane practically felt possessed. If she and Peter weren't sleeping they were fucking. In fact, they hadn't gone one night without having sex and they usually did it multiple times. She just couldn't believe how frisky the two of them were these days. Maybe it was the isolation. It felt almost supernatural but that was ridiculous
They tried so hard to be careful, but there were slip ups. Apparently.

It was six years later, and Jane and Peter had finally managed to sell the property at a substantial discount. There just wasn't enough space.
Kids were swarming around them. Jane was hugely pregnant, her belly resembling a beach ball in its massiveness. She'd had back to back multiples pregnancies since moving in, and couldn't seem to prevent them regardless of what contraceptive measures she and Peter used. Her doctor hadn't believed her when she said she wasn't taking fertility drugs. After all, she was carrying five this time around.
Jane was a gasping, sweating mess. Her breasts were the size of honeydews, swollen and heavy with milk where they sat perched atop her throbbing belly. "Nngghhh..." she grunted as her nipples distended and began to leak right into her overly-tight maternity dress.
The Johnsons gawked, from the hoard of children to Jane's bobbing, shuddering gut. Jane was gripping onto Peter's arm for balance. Peter just stood there in a permanent daze.
"So glad we finally got buyers!" Peter burst out after several minutes of blankly staring off at the horizon. The Johnsons were startled, Mrs. Johnson even taking a step back.
"You'll love it," Peter went on, his voice was high and tremulous.
Jane breathed like she was doing lamaze. She wasn't in labor, she was just so full. She felt ready to burst.
"We really need to get out of here. I mean, weβwe really want to get into a bigger house," said Peter.
"This is a great place to start a family," Jane piped in.

Haha, that would be fun.
