My closet is an absolute shit show (thank you depression) so yes, I understand it's a disaster, but it's the best form of natural lighting I have, hahah!
Anyways, I'm feeling the gains as of late. Not much has changed with what I'm doing but I'm excited for the progress, I'll take it!
It's taken SO long for me to understand that fitness isn't linear, and it's a hard journey but worth it.
