a live-action Mankiller?
Added 2020-01-04 22:30:40 +0000 UTCOver the last few weeks, I've started talking to a fairly well-known femdom/wrestling genre star/fitness/BB athlete about a live-action MK video, a la Operation Sheila from all those years ago. She's open to it, but it's an expensive proposition; it involves travel, props, talent, and of course her fee (reasonable, worth it, but still PRICEY). It makes voice-over prices look like pocket change by comparison.
Just wanted gauge the excitement level for it. It would have plenty of strength feats, etc., as a ridiculously overpowered female character cuts a swath through a bunch of outclassed mercenaries. No standard boring 25-min scissor video -- it would be action-heavy and have a big body count. Lots of lifting/bonebreaking/neck snapping, etc.
Thoughts? Feelings? Or stick with strictly animation/artwork/fiction?

2020-01-10 20:27:21 +0000 UTCAgreed! The costume is second only to the casting of the star. Not sure of her look quite yet; I'll have to do some research. I'm torn -- I love that look, but with a star like this I don't want to cover her up, either! ;-)

2020-01-06 23:26:57 +0000 UTCShe's not super huge...but when really looking at pics, I'm sometimes struck that "yeah, she's bigger than I thought." Definitely crazy fit. There's an Insta clip on girlswithmuscle.com of her doing a pulldown exercise, and from the right angle, she looks much bigger than I thought. I'm not planning anything super gory - I'm not a huge fan of blood, etc., in these genre videos....but...well, let's just say that bonebreaks and necksnaps are an MK staple. My goal is to set a record for snapped limbs. :)

2020-01-05 09:17:33 +0000 UTCI’m all for diversity, however how believable do you think you can make the superhuman strength scenes? That’s a key point here. On 3D, it’s easy to crush a model in a bearhug where the chest caves in, but it’s not the case in real life. Same for bone snapping or head burst, etc. It’s usually pretty poorly done, so what is your level of confidence? Especially if it’ll use lot of money, you‘ll want to make it right. If you can say “yes”, then go ahead! If it’s rather a “no”, then the project may need some refinement first - maybe a short clip as exercise would be more adequate.

I'm talking a video that tells a tiny bit of story, but with staged angles, dialogue, and lots and lots of superpowered action where the heroines are true MKs!!!

Fortunately, I'm up to my ears in great voice actresses (the best of whom we'll call "E" for now)....this new actress would strictly be in a live-action heroine capacity, which she's totally fine with. It's just a matter of gathering the capital -- due to some unforeseen but timely purchases and circumstances, I'm far more cash-poor than I like at the moment. If the project is a go, it's most likely 3-4 months out. I'm just taking the temp for it, and it's seems to be stronger than I suspected! :)
