Going silent (for a while)

if nothing goes wrong then just for a few days (week or so)...

Why?

Because I'm going to a hospital tomorrow...

Why?

Well.. They will take a microwave oven, turn it inside out, hit it with a shrink ray, glue it to a wire, push it through my veins into my heart and turn it on, cooking my heart from inside... so... umm... That's why...

If nothing goes wrong then my heart will finish cooking just at about medium rare level...

If things go sideways it may get well done or fried to a crisp...

Am I worried?

Kind of... My friend suffered a heart attack during this procedure and my mother suffered a heart failure the night after this procedure. Combined with a fact that our family has a history of not responding to heart medication drugs the way most of people do which won us an official label of a "weird" family by a senior doctor the last time I was in the ICU and they tried to get my heart to slow down and didn't really succeed. So.. yeah... not really feeling all warm and fuzzy about going there...

So in case I go silent for a longer time, then it will be an indication that not all went as planned...

Don't panic just yet - I managed to build a bit of a reserve, so the regular weekly comic updates are scheduled to continue being posted automatically for two more months. :)
