Just be a darling and wait here for a bit, OK? Someone will come shortly to take you to the pre-conversion booth where you will pick what will become of you later in the conversion lab. Oh, and no tinkering with the door or your security plug. You may not like the results. Also try to not touch the bars or they may zap you and the jolt can make the security plug to get confused and go off... So... Just sit tight and enjoy your stay. Don’t worry though! It won’t last long...

So... Another depressive week is pretty much over. Took my mother to the post-op check-up earlier this week and the news she received aren't really good. Out of 10 vertebrae she has 8 that are at the moment actively cracked. Due to the nature and her other medical conditions this number is so big that the doctors think it is not possible to operate, so it is pretty much a waiting game now while anything can just go sideways any moment... Then add the annual getting-older day to the mix and yeah... Very depressive week...
