I liked how you mentioned the different technical aspects of how it should be filmed included the visual cues and freezing into a pose while the other person is speaking so you could slow down or speed up the video. You can tell that you've been thinking about how to film this for a while with all the details that you passed on to Fred. You are definitely detail oriented!
