Q&A session - Answers

Here are the answers to your questions asked during the previous Q&A session.
Some questions were grouped with others because they were similar.
Let's go!

What was your primary inspiration in creating a game like this and did it come out the way you visualized it?

The first game of vore I played was It’s a Gluttonous Life, and I was really hooked by its gameplay and characters. This game has been a great source of inspiration for me, at least to build the base. I tested a few more, more or less interesting ones, and it gave me some ideas.

I have been developing video games for several years and have played quite a few games before, which also gave me inspiration on the universe to create and the different elements I wanted to see in the game.

I’m quite happy with how the game has evolved, but I see it as a foundation. My goal is to create a rich world where every character and feature adds depth to the experience. There’s still a lot ahead, but I know exactly where I want to take the game. Each update brings us closer to that vision.

Will there be unaware or accidental vore?

Yes! Unaware and accidental vore are features I definitely plan to explore. They fit perfectly with certain characters and scenarios I have in mind. These elements will likely appear as I expand character-specific content in future updates.

Is there going to be more vore and sex options?

It depends a lot on the characters I’m animating and what feels interesting or fun to create around them.

Right now, the game includes Oral Vore, Unbirthing, Regression, Anal Vore, Cock Vore, Boob Vore…

Are there more types to explore? Possibly! Absorption, maybe even other ideas.

If something fits the character and makes sense in the scene, I’m open to it.

But I try not to add things just for the sake of ticking boxes — it has to feel creative or narratively interesting.

Will there be content where you live with the character if they keep you with them or even after being digested?

Many players enjoy spending time with Tracer inside her mouth or after being swallowed, so expanding that idea to other characters is definitely on my list.

As for post-digestion sequences, I’m considering more passive or atmospheric scenes – where you’d experience the aftermath from within or through the character’s daily life, in a more introspective way.

But, the fact that the model is visually fatter only depends on whether the 3D model I'm using has this feature (Rouge or Mia, for example).

What content will you never add / what are your limits?

I'm trying to create a game that's broad and diverse enough for many players to find something they enjoy. Of course, tastes vary a lot — but there are some clear boundaries I won’t cross.

I won’t include anything involving rape, gore, underage, or fetishes like scat, fart, disposal, watersports, etc...

My goal is to maintain a balance between creative freedom and content I feel comfortable developing.

Will there be other effects that the PDA will be able to replicate the effect of, similar to how it duplicated the shrinking and growth effects?

Duplicate an effect, make you go back in time to save yourself from death... No doubt, the PDA is a very powerful tool that has not finished surprising you. You will see what it will be able to do in the future!

Does magic fit the setting of the game world?

Absolutely.

Magic has its place in Gameverse Adventures — just like advanced technology, it’s one of the many forces shaping the game's universe.

That said, I try to avoid going overboard with powers, to keep things consistent and not break the logic of the world.

Every new ability or effect has to come with rules and limits, so that it doesn’t wreck the narrative later.

But yes — there’s plenty of room for magic… and many areas still left to explore.

What are your thoughts on adding ponies?

I assume you’re referring to MLP characters — I don’t really have a personal interest in them.

Maybe for standard oral vore scenes, it could work.

But beyond that, I’m not really comfortable with the idea or direction.

So for now, I’d say it’s unlikely.

Is it possible to see all or part of your character?

I want every player to feel like they are the protagonist, without any imposed avatar breaking immersion. Since every animation is pre-rendered, customizing the player character isn’t feasible – and keeping them invisible ensures everyone can project themselves into the experience.

Are you going to keep using Jade's old model?

Even if the new Jade model has interesting updates, I feel that the original model better fits her personality and style in the game. Besides, with many existing animations created for the older model, sticking to it allows me to focus on developing new content rather than redoing all the animations.

Will your kobold avatar ever make a comedic cameo in game?

Absolutely, I’d love to!

I think it’d be fun to include my little kobold as a silly NPC somewhere in the game. I still need to get a proper model for him, but once that’s done, I already have a few ides that could be fun :)

Do you have a plan B (with self-made models) if a copyright holder causes trouble?

That’s a very important question.

For now, everything’s been going smoothly — I haven’t encountered any issues.

But if a copyright holder ever requested removal, I’d have no choice but to delete those characters from the game.

That would unfortunately mean losing a lot of content.

I don’t currently have a full “Plan B” with self-made models, but it’s something I try to be careful with, so I'll propose more original characters in future polls.

Whats the odds of a fan characters/ocs being added?

I’m open to the idea, but it really depends on the quality of the 3D model, that also has to be Blender-ready and well optimized.

If you’ve got something that fits, feel free to reach out! I can’t promise anything in terms of implementation, but I’ll definitely take a look.

Any hope for a crossover with other vore devs?

One of my long-term goals with this project is to bring together different creators, artists, and fans from the vore community. I want it to feel like a shared universe where different voices can contribute.

For instance, Shrekdathird has already joined the project with Skyress! Thanks, buddy :)

I haven’t reached out to many devs or artists yet — I’m still figuring out the best way to approach these collaborations.

If you personally know any creators or characters you’d love to see in the game, feel free to talk about this project to them. I’d be genuinely interested. (But don't spam them if you don't know them!)

What character would you personally add in, but lack a model for?

Honestly, I’d love to include characters from the Nintendo universe — but given their strict policies, that’s not possible.

Most popular characters already have models made by fans. It’s hard to find someone well-known who hasn’t been adapted in 3D already!

That said, I’d be excited to feature OCs from community artists like EyeOfCalamity, TheoTheFox, NummyNumz, and many others :)

Where is the Animation you teased for February?

I wouldn't have had to announce a date for this animation if I'd realized earlier the amount of work I had to do! :')

The first part of the animation has already been completed for the most part, but I still have some work to do before it's finally over and enjoyable.

I've got a lot to do at the moment with my work and the game, but I'm still thinking about it. I'd like to be able to publish a nice animation soon, but first I've got to free up some time to devote to it.

Don't worry, this animation is not cancelled, it was only delayed for a bit to let me work on important part of this game that needed my whole focus.

Have you considered releasing the animations from game as their own download or reward?

I never really thought of that!

I always assumed that if someone wanted to see the scenes, they’d just play the game… because that's the purpose of the game!

But if there’s genuine interest in this, it’s something I could explore. I’m curious — let me know what you’d like to see!

Is your game going to be posted in Itch.io or steam?

Not on Steam — the game includes 3D models based on licensed characters, which Steam wouldn’t allow, and artists’ OCs.

As for Itch.io, I’ve thought about it! But the game’s file size is a challenge — I’d need to create a lighter version designed specifically for the platform.

It’s a possibility for the future, if I find it worth investing time in.

For now, I prefer to focus on the main version.

Could a VR version be a thing in the future?

With the current engine and structure of the game, VR support isn’t technically possible for now.

That said, I’m always keeping an eye on new tools and evolutions. If a VR version becomes viable down the line, I’d be happy to explore it — it would open up some really fun possibilities :)

Will an Android version be available in the future?

I haven’t tested it myself, but I’ve heard the game can run on Android devices using JoiPlay.

I’ve tried to make sure that most features work decently, even on a phone.

That said, there’s no official mobile support for now — I’m focusing entirely on the PC version.

If you’re curious, though, I recommend giving it a try through JoiPlay and letting me know how it goes!

What are your thoughts about modding?

I’ve been thinking about modding for a long time!

But here’s the thing: right now, the game’s code is a mess — adding or modifying content is already a headache for me, with bugs constantly popping up (as you may have seen).

Before opening the game to modding, I want to rebuild the system to make it cleaner and more accessible — not just for players, but even for myself.

My goal is to eventually let the community create its own stories, characters, and scenes, and share them easily.

This will take time, though, since I’ll need to develop solid, user-friendly tools first. That’s one of the big options I’m considering for future development votes.

Will the relationship system be improved?

Definitely.

Honestly, the current system isn’t very interesting — even I’m not satisfied with it.

It’s one of those foundations I’ve set up but haven’t had the time to fully develop yet. Dialogue-based systems are complex: each character needs unique lines, variations, and reactions depending on how much they like or dislike you.

When a new character is added, it’s always a trade-off: do I spend time on relationships, or work on the main story and animations?

What I’d prefer in the future, is to improve relationships through key story moments, rather than through repetitive dialogues. The system is still in an early stage, but I’ll definitely revisit it.

Will there be support for other languages?

Same answer as for the relationship system: dialogue-heavy features are tricky.

Multi-language support could work as a mod — if someone wants to handle translations, it’s something I’d be glad to see happen.

But first, I need to finish developing the modding system itself.

What will the main focus be for the next update?

Reworking things! The next update's poll will drop soon.

Will you add more characters (male/female/futa/current NPCs/monster/...)

Will there be more (Content with [AnyCharacterName]/Scenes/OV/AV/UB/Shrinking/Same-Size/Missions/Locations/...)

This type of question came up in over half the messages I received — and I get it!

Everyone wants to know if their favorite character will have more scenes or scenarios, if there will be more same-size or micro scenes, more of this or that, new missions, new areas…

The honest answer is simple: Yes, more is coming.

But remember, this is a solo project — everything you see takes time.

Even though the game hasn’t even been out for a year, I feel like it already offers a lot.

I’ll keep adding content, developing the world, improving characters and building new experiences.

Just bear in mind: this is more than a collection of animations — I see it as a story-driven project designed to create something immersive and meaningful.

If you’re just looking for quick clips, there may be easier formats than this game.

But if you’re here for the ride, know that I’m doing my best to make it worth the wait.

One step at a time — that’s how this whole world has been built… and how it will keep growing.

Are you managing your lifestyle better / Are you taking good care of yourself these days?

Thank you for asking — that means a lot :)

I’m feeling much better now: the burnout is behind me.

I still spend a large part of my days working, whether on my job, on the game or side projects, so I have to watch myself and find a better balance to avoid slipping again.

Regarding the game specifically, I’m trying to organize my work cycles more carefully to avoid falling back into the trap of rushed updates and overwork.

Thank you for asking your questions, I hope this little session has allowed you to learn more about what this project is going to become. Thank you again for your support, it’s great to be able to continue developing this game.

I will keep you informed very soon for the next update. Until then, have fun :)

Yes, there are plans to add more scenes and scenarios to existing characters.

Dragonimator

Are there plans to expand existing characters (ie more options with Death at night) or are they pretty much finished option/scene-wise once they're in the game?

Nik

She will be suggested at some point. But I still need to watch the films to get inspiration for her storyline :)

Dragonimator

Is diane foxington planed at some point as charakter?

Flosel

Thank you for taking the time to put this together. I honestly did not know you built this game in less than a year. That's impressive considering what the game has to offer. Looking forward to seeing where you take this game!
