Now & Then Chapter 24 Update #3 and release schedule

And here we are, not too far away from the looming release of Chapter 24 (0.24.0). As I've been saying for the last month, this episode has a lot of complexity behind the scenes and a lot of moments that might not get seen based on player decisions. While many of these moments hinge on choices made in Part Two, there are some that come from micro-decisions in CH24.
I will admit I had a moment the other day where it dawned on me that Now & Then'll be coming to a close soon. I was struck with a mixture of feelings over this fact, spanning anxiety over nailing the finale and sadness at the eventual parting from a cast I've been working with for two years now.

I can definitely understand those mixed emotions. Its like when you realize you are getting to the end of a really good book, or a game you had been invested in, or a TV show you really loved. That moment when it dawns on you that it is about to end is so bittersweet, and that is just from the view of a consumer. It must be even more so for the creator. Sadly, all good things must come to an end, and at least with this, I know that you are going to nail it. You have brought us this far, and given us something wonderful in the process. Thank you for the ride so far, and I look forward to both the end of the current journey and the start of a new one.

But I am also looking forward to your next project. And yes, perhaps N&T might have a sequel. The future looks bright w/ILS Productions! Here’s to the future!!

The approaching end of the story makes me a little sad, I would have loved to experience more adventures with my "family"!

2022-01-16 16:59:22 +0000 UTCIm with you on that. I’ve been following you and N&T for about a 14 months. I will hate to see these characters that I’ve grown to love finally come to an end but at the same time I am so friggin excited to see the story play out. Hopefully it’s a happy ending.
