Fuck, man. All these comments... Apologies have been made already. Dude is getting sued for $400Mill. This was my first livestream. I upped to $20 for it and I was happily entertained. With how much of a "People make mistakes and it's nothing to get your tits tied up for" attitude Dick has on the show, some of you seem really forgetful of how much Dick has done for his fans. Maybe more options will be made readily available for next live shows. Forgive these comments, for they know not of what they speak. He was sued for our sins.

Gets $25,000 a month but uses a phone taped to a tripod to livestream the show... value for money for the international patreonis who can't make it.

Steve Jobs was a billionaire and couldn't stay alive. You can't just buy a better upstream on the spot, or at all depending on the location.

What could they do if there is no internet solid enough to support an upstream. A cell phone or a $10k camera are equally worthless without a decent signal to send them out on.

Seems like the livestream was a last minute thought so they just weren't prepared and they did what they could with what they had. I'm assuming the next one will be 100% better.

I think that's the problem. I'm not one of them, but I think people are expecting that if a few hundred people pitch in $20 a month, appropriate preparations will be made to support a livestream. That's not very unreasonable or "moronic".

Stop crying you morons, obviously the venue didn't have good wifi, or didn't give them access. Mobile devices are all they had to stream it.

Pretty bullshit live stream for as much money as you bring in per month.

Fun night and a good show! Only complaint is I traveled from Michigan and drove back the same night with a DD and they shut the bar down like 20 minutes in. Luckily the first thing I did was order 4 beers before I sat down, but I'd like an explanation on that. I'm not the guy who gets out of control when I drink, but I was at least hoping to catch a buzz.
