Hey Dick, tell the fatty about "hidden penis" syndrome. You can be so overweight that the cartilage in your penis can sorta bind to fat in your pelvis / pubis and essentially weld the shaft of your penis into the inside of your body permanently. Weight loss is almost always a cure for this but if its gone on for decades then it requires major reconstructive surgery AFTER weight loss to scrap away the embedded fat (as in scrap it off the cartilage) while liposuction away the fat from the pubis which will free up the cartilage and they'd probably even modify / remove the ligaments that allow you to have an erection that sticks out while they are at it so that it "looks" like a penis when you have an erection, so instead of having a thing you can use your hips to thrust with youve got a mass that just dangles off your body when you have an errection. Oh and this process can cause your dingus to fuckus-offus since cartilage can be permanently deformed, think cauliflower ear but in your flacid penis so its a last ditch effort to make your dick usable.
