Yeah, when the request was initially made, I had quiet a bit going on and that hasn't seemed to stop. I still have my notes and intentions to make the story for them and your words give me hope they might appreciate it still, even being so late. ^^ Welcome to the community! 2023-02-16 01:00:45 +0000 UTCFair enough, Pokegirl. BTW, I'm 30 years older than TCP/IP so ;-) As far as 'unfulfilled commission', I understand from both perspectives, honestly. I'm in for 'thousands' of U$D to an author and same in Euros to an artist. Addiction (not 'bragging'). They've done nice things in the past for me. RL is causing long delays for them too, but it doesn't bother me - quality is worth the wait and RL (day job, relationships, etc.) must come first. I'm new to Pokemon, but am hooked on what I am reading/seeing. So, my thought was start 'small', a vignette to capture a scene in my head. Maybe 1,500 words? $500 USD? Release as SPC Master Tier content for all so it fits into your SPC contribution? Perhaps grow it into a quarterly-release-vignette (funded by me) and incorporate *your* characters in a scene that's on your mind. Perhaps other SPC authors would like to rotate? I know Dark Violet is busy and you two are my faves (haven't read enough of the other authors yet), so thought I would check with you (I really like the style of Perks of The Job). Apologies if I've overstepped on this.

I'd accepted one several years back and still haven't written it, I'm afraid. :'( I still have the information for it but SPC and real life are taking what resources I have, at the moment. (Plus, I suck at figuring fair costs.) I checked with some of our other writers: Reno: Not at this time. Dark Violet: No but curious about the idea.
