Quick Check In and Annual Subscriptions

Just a quick check in:
We observed during the payout cycle that a small handful of patrons were charged early on their yearly subscriptions. Patreon allegedly is meant to roll forward subscriptions when we pause billing for a month, but it appears this wasn't the case for a few of you.
So, our plan to rectify this is to issue refunds to the affected patrons for the months that shouldn't have been charged yet, and effectively extend the annual subscription the correct amount. The catch is we will need to do this manually through PayPal, as otherwise Patreon will cancel the membership prematurely (yeah, annoying, we know). We will be reaching out to the affected patrons via PM shortly.
Going forward, if any of you experience a similar issue where your annual subscription renews and it should have rolled forward during our paused months, please let us know! We will take steps to ensure you're refunded the appropriate amount while keeping your membership active.
