I am writing you this message as a precaution. The fact is that there is a very immodest chance that our channel will sooner or later be banned, God knows for what reason. So please keep in mind that we also have a page on Subscribestar. Please don't lose us. Even after a possible ban, we will still continue to develop Photo Hunt and adult games in general.
But what will happen to the game? Well, it's very simple. If in 3 months (which is how long, apparently, the banned page on Patreon will remain idle, after which the owner of the page will have to get rid of the “objectionable” content), we gain at least 80% of the income that we receive on Patreon, then the development of the game will not be much different from the current course. Otherwise, we will have to significantly speed up development, literally rushing through all the content, leaving only the vital things to the main story (even so, in a much smaller amount). Most likely, we will have to rework the existing content of the game (“soften the rough edges”), after which we will upload the game to itch.io and Steam. Alas, the final form of the game will feel like the latest seasons of Game of Thrones xD (best case scenario). Then, we will begin development of the next project by returning to Patreon.
By the way, speaking of bans. One of our friends, tremmyGames, has just returned to Patreon! He's been developing games since 2016, he got banned on Patreon and now he opens a new page! You can check his new project here using the links:

I haven't gotten that impression - yet. Been faithfully supporting you for a couple years now but if you pull that crap I won't be able to support you on any venue.

I think they should change the platform since "Patreon" has behaved like this with many developers of adult games and has banned their accounts for the same nonsense.

I feel a lot more would be able to keep with the game, rather than remember about this in the worst case scenario, if they are already subbed to the free tier on there. You do whats best for you in terms of censoring, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea unless someone, somewhere makes an uncensor patch to restore the lost content.

I find it funny how in some places (most notably the US) conservatives whine about some nebulous 'cancel culture' that restricts their freedom, while at the same time applauding efforts to restrict things they disagree with. (Don't want to get into politics too much, I actually agree with what you are saying 100%, except maybe the Nazi thing, but as a German I tend to be sensitive about that comparison?

Unfettered by irrational bans that are applied because you are an easy target and because they wish to virtue signal to activist groups. Yes there are issues that need addressing in terms of content available to the young. But AVN's are a small niche market and that is why they are targeted. No evidence is provided that ANN'S are a major cause of these issues. Social media big business and lack of parental responsibility are clearly much more to blame but are not such an easy target and are much more lucrative. We are now going through an era of censorship similar to Nazi Germany not based on evidence but based on ideology. Who made these people the arbiters of what is right and wrong??
