I don't think this needs to be discussed anymore. Yeah, this was done with the free version of Unity, but still spent a good amount of time developing and working on the game. Of course it's up to anyone to judge if that work is worth the price of a subscription, and that's the reason why there's a demo. Obviously, there are very good indie and more professional games that use Unity and are more complex or detailed, but then again, nobody is forced to pay for any of them. My stance still stands, mainly because I still want to give a chance to people that can't pay to enjoy the game if they really want to. With this, I think this discussion is already over. It has moved away from the original question into something more related to if this game plus all the previous content is worth the price, so I think anything else added here would just add noise.

I do know that Unity has a free plan where you can easily: https://store.unity.com/compare-plans there's no way he spent $400 USD for the software 2 Yes there is. Depending on the quality there are some things worth paying for and some things that aren't look at Phasmophobia it was made using unity and it's a full blown game or look at heiwa chans stuff worth paying for but that's just my opinion 3. Never said it was chief. :)
