Seeing Double (Milkerfur) Comic
Added 2020-08-09 21:50:56 +0000 UTCBeen commissioned to do a comic series for Milkerfur featuring his characters Bruce, Rex and Marcus. The finished series will only be mildly SFW, although it's mostly cute fluff otherwise, at least that is the plan. As for how long it will be? I'm not sure. But with my Queue loaded up the way it is, expect each page to be out with about the same frequency as my Misfit and Dororthy comic series.
What's extra funny about this commission, at least to me, is that the crux of this comic is centered around Bruce being adamant that he doesn't need glasses despite Rex's insistence. Why it's funny is because I was already intending to do something similar with Dawn and Vernon, with Vernon being equally as adamant that he has perfect vision.
But enough about my work plans, I'd rather not steal screen-time on someone else's project. So as I said, on this page Rex (The raccoon in the center seat) is chiding his mate Bruce (Badger) for refusing glasses while Marcus (Rex's father) watches with some degree of amusement. After receiving a glare from Rex that says 'you're going to the eye doctor', Bruce tries to change the subject by asking Marcus about his most recent call out as acting rail officer. This leads to a conversation about a recent derailment, the reason for Marcus spending the night. We end on a joke about Marcus propensity for getting 'too comfortable' when staying there.
