New Character: Winifred 'Fred' Schellber

Trying out different species or drawing some interpretations of one off characters mentioned in passing in fics and asks, but I only got as far as Fred here before I passed out.
So who is Fred? At one point I mentioned that in Highschool, the closest Vernon ever danced with cross-species feelings for someone was an otter on his high school swim team. If I didn't, well...now you know. While Vernon and Fred didn't know each other personally, that didn't stop Vernon from finding her oddly attractive for a brief window of time. A simple crush that was never pursued.
Winifred is...well was....a bit of a tomboy type, hence the nickname of 'Fred' instead of 'Winnie', however thanks to a serious accident happening just before she was set to attend Zootopia University, she doesn't care to swim much anymore. Being left with prosthetic legs that essentially meant her career as a pro-swimmer was shot, they joy that swimming brought her has all but faded entirely from her life.
