June Update and Poll Wrap-Up!

It's time for another 'State of the Wasty" address. But as always I'd like to take the time up front to thank the Patreons for their continued support! We got some more new folks since last time...so I must be doing something right. So without further ado, let's get to those names.

Once again, thank you guys so much for your continued support. It means the world to me, especially when I'm going through those miserable downtimes.

I'll try to keep this update on the shorter side...mostly cause I'm in the middle of one of those stated 'down-times', which of course sets my plans back just as I'm about to finally catch up on things. To those of you who have been waiting patiently for public commissions to open, I apologize for that. Between not feeling so hot and juggling several 'plans' all at once I've once again pushed the public open back. At this point I'm better off just saying keep an eye out for these announcements, as surely soon I'll be announcing public comms again.

One of my big goals this summer was, and still is, to open up an avenue for merch for folks who are interested. This includes stickers, prints and wall scrolls. So far I've managed to release for public purchase my first line of stickers, (My logo in vinyl, 3x3, which you can check out here. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/47746311/ DM me for orders.) And on Patreon a poll just concluded in order to choose which of the Hunter gals will be the first pin-up to be featured as a sticker. (The winner is Qali Pelagere!) In the immediate future I will also be asking for input from my Patreon backers and the public regarding what works of mine they'd be willing to buy as glossy photo prints. That said, I can already confirm that a picture of Valerie Vulpes (My motorcycle vixen babe) will probably be the first in terms of large prints available. This has already been released on Patreon, and will be getting a SFW public release. (Join the patreon if you want the saucy version! Yeah, I know, I'm doing that thing I hate...but the NSFW version will be released eventually, I swear!)

On top of that, we spent half the month running a series of polls to whittle down the list of ladies backers wanted to see drawn as part of my first ever 'Art Pack', so I guess it's time for the public announcement. Over the summer, I'll be putting together a little set of pictures I like to call the "Summer of Sin" pack. This pack will feature five 'bad girls' in saucy poses at the beach with both SFW and NSFW variants. Who are the gals who'll be featured? Thanks to the backers once again for voting, and I hope everyone is looking forward to seeing these gals bare skinned...or furred, at the beach. When the art pack is complete, it'll go up on gumroad, and I'll more than likely be offering prints. I'm not sure of the final pricing yet. (probably $5 usd), but Patreon backers will get a discount on it.

Let's see...okay, let's round off with some non-merch related updates. Chapter six of 'The Family Vulpes' went up recently, and chapter seven is currently sitting on my drive awaiting editing. I'll probably drop that sometime in late July or early August. I've also been slacking a bit on my AskTheBellhunters blog work...but at present that's largely due to the ebb and flow of my health. As I mentioned earlier I'm in the midst of a flare-up, and thankfully while not as bad as usual, it's still impacting work flow. I think that about covers the other work on the docket. I don't see myself adding anymore comic pages to savage or burrowed until the Sin pack is finalized.

Lastly...aside from health, my attendance at the August's 'Denfur' is currently up in the air due to the possibility of the covid regulations icing me out of attending. At present, boosters are not required, but that could change up until thirty days out from the convention. They are waiting on some sort of...further advisement from the CDC I guess....but basically if boosters are mandatory I'm SOL. For medical reasons I can't get any more covid shots. So...fingers crossed it'll work out...otherwise I'm looking at a bit of an argument in order to get my money back should I not be allowed to go as we are already past the refund threshold.
