Merch and Commissions and Twitter, Oh my!

Time for another update on the state of things, and low key, I'm really looking forward to this one. I've got two exciting announcements, and one less than an exciting one. But the first two really outshine the other one, so it's not a big 'disappointing' announcement. Anyway, before I get ahead of myself. Let's thank those Patreons!

Thanks for another month of support you guys! You guys rule!

So, right of the bat, here's the moment I know a lot of you have been waiting for...(at least on the public side of things anyway). It's time for me to announce that public commissions are officially open! Took me long enough huh? I think I wanted to be doing public comms again in like...mid-may. But being sick, and being consistently distracted by patreon commissions has kinda kept me from opening the doors. That said, I will be keeping an eye out for those who have been contacting me in the months leading up to opening my commissions, as I'd like to give them preference here.

Second big announcement! While I haven't exactly had a lot of...traffic surrounding my logo sticker release, I'm sure the next two sticker announcements will be more appealing as they are of actual characters. Today, I'll be officially releasing the Hunter Gal Poll winner sticker pin-up featuring my character Qali Pelagere the arctic fox! And, on top of that, I'm also releasing a Valerie Vulpes pinup sticker! Both sticker sale listings will be posted on Patreon, as well as my various galleries where I'll detail about their size, pricing, and deals for multiple purchases. If you are interested in picking up a sticker, feel free to DM me and we can get the Paypal invoices set up in no time flat!

The last announcement that kinda brings things down a little bit is that I'm abandoning twitter pretty much entirely. Despite my best efforts I seem to get search suggestion banned at the drop of a hat, and since the intent for my usage of Twitter was self-promotion and aiding in increasing my audience size, it's not exactly doing its job if no one can see my damn posts. I was holding out hope that maybe something would happen with the Elon buyout...but that seems like a total wash at this point. If the deal picks up again though, I'll consider returning to the site. But for now, Twitter is dead to me.

Now for comparably smaller stuff. The next chapter of "The Family Vulpes". I'll be putting it up to editing as soon as my editor returns from his trip to Ireland. Comic pages for Savage Love and Burrowed Into My Heart will be going public shortly after this post, as well as some other goodies. I'll also be putting up a preview of something I'm in the process of converting into my first offered print. I've been toying with it just a bit, and It looks like I'll have to draw a little more backdrop to make it fit the 8.5 x 11 print size I'm looking to press...well a little smaller than that, the printer does crop slightly, adding a quarter inch white border. To be honest, I'm not really sure if my printer allows for bleed, but I will be looking into it.

In the meantime, it would probably be good to ask both you patreon folk, as well as the public, what kind of prints you'd be interested in purchasing. Is there anything I've already drawn that catches your eye? Feedback would be super appreciated on this.

Oh, and I'm in the midst of working on the summer art pack I mentioned in the previous update. Ideally, I want to have it all said and done by the time I'm supposed to go to Denfur toward the tail end of August. Yes, I'm still going, though it looks like I'll only be there for Friday the 19th. I'll be posting in-progress works from the Summer Art pack for Patreon members to keep them abreast of where we're at with the pack, as this is a longer-term project than I'm used to doing, and I don't want to leave backers in the dark. So far I've got the foreground linework done on all five characters, and I'm hoping I'll be getting the backdrop lines after ask updates this week, and then color! I've already posted the current state of the five pinups, but again, it's Patreon exclusive.

I think that's everything I'm fixing to cover with this one. I'd like to think this was a shorter, more succinct update than usual...but looking at it now, it seems just as long as the last. Thanks again to the backers for their continued support, as well as the fans. You all mean the world to me.
