I think I would also like to go back to visit him in autumn and winter with a loaf or two of sourdough, some grocery items so that he can bake to his little hearts content and to look after him and keep him warm. In fact I think Iโd like to hibernate with him all through winter - just to keep his spirits up and make sure he doesnโt fade away. The listener could teach him how to bake sourdough and he could teach us his pie recipe. And we could cosy up with a mulled wine (until spring) and keep each other entertained with our stories, among other things ๐ฅฐ๐โจ What say you Audrey and Phas?
