Headaches during the tier switch.
Added 2021-08-01 17:03:36 +0000 UTCSome of you guys are having a simple time switching to the new $5 tier, and some are running into roadblocks.
Hoping these options might help out.
If you click "overview" on mobile or "my membership" on desktop, then "tiers", You want to select the "$5 tier". It looks like it's making you sign up again, but towards the bottom there should be a notation of a "credit" that will be applied. Alternatively, there is a "edit or cancel membership" button where you can select change tier.
I so wish I could manually move your tiers without you having to do anything. Very sorry to those of you having difficulty. Please let me know if it does or doesn't work out. "Like" my new video I posted today if you can see it.
