Today I was talking to a long time gainer friend of mine, and he convinced me to chug a full serving of serious mass plus protein powder (1400 calories + 100g protein) in under a minute. I used to only drink serious mass is half serving increments because that's all that would fit in a regular sized glass, but I found an upgrade.
It went down a lot easier than expected... Maybe I need to try two servings next time?
