Can you still see the posts?

After the suspension of payments for the month of April, I was reported by two supporters who can no longer see the posts.
I verify on "Patreon support" that despite the suspension, the posts should still be visible (depending on the tier, of course.), so I checked the access settings to the posts and they are regular, but one of the two supporters confirmed that they only sees public posts.
I wanted to know if other of you have problems in accessing posts, so I can understand if it is a widespread problem or if it involves them individually and I will have an extra indication to solve the problem.

2022-04-09 21:48:45 +0000 UTCSo, I have shared this with AV already, but on Sunday and Monday I could only see the public posts. All the others were locked with a message that said 'join for $8.' I didn't do anything as far as troubleshooting went and yesterday everything just went back to normal. I'm just posting this so the others like me know they are not crazy...
