Eddie (Iron Maiden) Tattoo

So because this one is pretty different to my usual subject matter, I'll give a bit of backstory to it.

Several (5-6) years ago, a long time friend of my parents had asked me if I could draw her an Eddie tattoo for her. In short, it's basically a representation for her son, and she has another tattoo which represented her other son, who sadly passed a long while ago. At the time, I had accepted, but I actually ended up forgetting, because they had not long after, moved to the east coast. Basically an out of sight, out of mind situation.

This past October, they actually travelled back here to visit, and I was reminded about the tattoo. Seeing as her birthday was on Halloween Day (Probably why she loves the spoopy stuff 😆) I decided to make this for her.

This might be a weird thing to say... but I'm actually kind of glad I forgot, because I don't think I would have taken the same approach at the time, as I did for this now.

All in all, she was really happy with it, and I'm really happy that it came out the way that it did. 👍
