*Also, and update on the neck situation. Basically due to being on a waiting list to see physio, I went to the chiropractor to get a minor adjustment, just to see if that might improve the situation at all. It's a bit soon to tell, but I am seeing some improvement over yesterday, which is great! (especially considering the plateau over the last 4 days) Just going to continue with what I've been doing, (icing, heating, stretching and taking more rest breaks) and hopefully my body will do the rest. :)
